Hi, Melissa I have a great recipe for homemade cashew cookie larabars.
    1/4 cup cashews
    2/3 cup dates
    1 tbsp chocolate chips(preferably mini)
1/2 tsp cacao powder( I used navitas naturals)
If you have food processor, blend everything until it forms a dough and press in a pan to shape it like a bar. If you don’t have food processor(like me), use a blender to powder the cashew and take it out in a bowl. Also chop the dates and pulse it in blender until its almost forms a sticky dough and mix this with cashew powder. If you prefer smaller chunks of chocolate chips you can just pulse for 3 to 4 times and mix this with cashew and dates and also add cacao powder and mix it with spatula until all comes together. This almost tastes likes larabars.Enjoy. I hope this is okay to post a recipe here. Happy holidays.
